1 Definitions & Introduction

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") governs your use of the gaco77.win website and all services provided by gaco77 ("Platform"). 3 Identity Verification (KYC)

The documents required for KYC verification are as follows:

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Gaco77 supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfers, DuitNow, local e-wallets, and other digital payment methods available on the Platform.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. gaco77 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source will be returned and the account in question may be suspended for further investigation.

For withdrawals, you must ensure that the registered bank account is in your own name and matches the information verified through the KYC process. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. gaco77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Gaco77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms and wagering requirements specified for each promotion.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any bonus funds can be converted to cash.
• Gaco77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus whose requirements have not been met, at any time without prior notice.
• Using certain betting strategies such as balanced betting (hedging) to fulfill bonus conditions may result in bonus cancellation.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before conditions are met.
• Gaco77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time.

Each promotion has its own validity period. Unused bonuses after the validity period expires will be automatically forfeited. Please check the specific terms of each promotion on the relevant page before claiming any bonus at gaco77.

6 Game Rules

All games available at gaco77 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by a recognized third-party audit body. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and fair to all players.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, gaco77 will use server records to determine the valid outcome. Should a technical disruption cause uncertainty in the result, gaco77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the player.

• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Use of automated software (bots), assistive tools, or any unauthorized means to gain an advantage is a serious violation.
• Results displayed on screen and confirmed by the server are considered final.
• For Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final, subject to video recording review in the event of a dispute.

7 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gaco77 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where necessary:

• Fraud, including the use of unauthorized credit cards or payment information.
• Registering multiple accounts or sharing an account with others.
• Use of automated software or tools to play or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors for personal gain.
• Threats, harassment, or inappropriate conduct toward staff or other users.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Platform's infrastructure.
• Registering on behalf of another person or using another person's identity information.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Gaco77 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. This includes but is not limited to violations of the Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, or requests from relevant authorities.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the gaco77 customer support team. Prior to closure, you must ensure there are no active unresolved wagers and that all bonus conditions have been met. Any valid remaining funds in your account will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, gaco77 reserves the right to withhold part or all of the funds in that account, depending on the severity of the violation.

10 Limitation of Liability

Gaco77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the Platform operates without interruption, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet all your expectations.

To the extent permitted by law, gaco77 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of expected wins, business interruption, or data loss.

11 Privacy Policy & Data

12 Amendment of Terms
